IC:
Kenji slowly opened his eyes. The noise was beginning to subside. He attempted to move his arm the slightest fraction of an inch, and the world exploded into sound once again. Holding onto what was left of his shaken mind, he came up with a logical conclusion: Don't move his arms.

It was here that finally noticed that he was sitting beside Kaze, who appeared to be undergoing a similar process. He also took note of a hand to his back; feminine, but he couldn't tell who based on touch. And he didn't want to chance moving things.

He wiggled his toes with no ill-effects, bringing himself to the conclusion that he could likely walk, but that was about it. He felt the urge to test this theory. He addressed the unknown person behind him: "Could... You give me a hand up? Without moving or touching my arms?"

OOC: Cue Novia. And yes, I just thought of a way out of this. =P
