"ID Scan Complete!" Kaze continued, as the card dissolved into Ki, and Kaze held his left arm out.
"Activate!" Kaze finished, putting his right hand onto the CODEX, as a bright light enveloped him as usual...

Novia, who couldn't exactly see what was happening, pulled her card out from where she remembered putting it. "Armour on!" she started, swiping the card. "ID scan complete! Activate!" as she then started transforming into her armour.

"Funny. We first transform into our new forms and we can't even see them." Kaze said with a smile, as he got into a battle pose.

IC (Novia):
"Yep," Novia said. "Feels less exciting, but more suspense." She then tried firing a Ki blast in her new armour.

Kaze only barely dodged, actually feeling some power from the Ki blast.
"... Maybe we might need to use less powerful blasts..."

IC (Novia):
"Interesting, I thought so, it had felt pretty strong," Novia muttered, flexing her left arm and fist from where she had fired the blast.

"Should we stick to hand-to-hand combat then?" Kaze asked, not really wanting to use weapons anyway.

"I guess so, since we've been doing it the whole time anyways," she said.

Kenji looked upon Kaze and Novia now. With the extra strength granted by the armor, things were about to get both louder and stranger.

Kaze nodded, and ran quickly at Novia, aiming a punch at her.

OOC: Does Novia have any changes? And this is the default armour, so it's mostly just colour differences for right now.

IC (Novia):
Novia caught the punch, but was being pushed back slightly anyways, surprised by the new strength.

Kaze quickly followed up with a kick to Novia's stomach, accidentally hitting one of the options on the still visible CODEX screen on his arm, and soon was listening to one of the songs on it.

OOC: I dunno yet, haven't exactly had time to think of that.
And is the music out loud, or just privately for Kaze? =P

Novia stumbled backwards, but regained herself and teleported behind Kaze to kick him in the back.

OOC: Just for Kaze, like Headphones, though I think there's a speaker setting on that too. =P It's the song I'm trying to get onto my page, but I'm not having too much luck with that.

Kaze fell froward onto his face, but blinked.
"... Wait a second, huh?" Kaze said, twisting over and looking around.
"Hmm, this might not be good... Or is it? We're still at an advantage, but we've taken out the fun part... I can see, and your blindfold dissolved into your armour. ... Wait, I can see...?"

Novia blinked. "You can... see?" she asked, surprised.

"Yeah. Never noticed it until now, as I kept my eyes closed, but... Your armour looks very nice in pink." Kaze said with a smile.

OOC: It'd be very funny right now if Kaze was wrong somehow, and that was one of the changes, but we could probably chalk that one up to his Visor distorting the colours slightly. xP

OOC: Novia still can't see since she had the blindfold on, right?

IC (Novia):
Novia smiled. "Then I suppose we can still have fun like this in the spar..." she said.

OOC: Blindfold dissolved into Ki, I just realized that. xP It'll reappear once the transformation's canceled of course.

"We could, but it wouldn't be as fun. But it's weird, because I wasn't able to see anything a second ago..." Kaze said, but shook his head, and ran towards Novia, fist back.

Novia teleported behind Kaze and caught his arm by the elbow before he completed the attack.
