"Yeah, I guess you're right... I just hope Kaze isn't in too much trouble..." Sonia said, before looking at Novia again.

IC (Novia):
"Uhh... Whatever I was just singing before we bumped into each other?" Novia joked. "Let's see if I can get a sample for you..."

"That sort of stuff." Novia brushed some hair off her shoulder, and looked back up.

"Cool." Sonia said, trying to think of something else to say.

Novia looked at Sonia's books. "What books are those?" she asked out of curiosity. Their bindings didn't have the titles written on them, and the books varied in thickness.

OOC: Secret books?

"Oh, they're some books about runes... Kaze mentioned that there were some runes when he last transformed. I wanted to find out some more about them. It's kinda weird about some of them though..."

OOC: Should I advance the plot with Kaze?

IC (Novia):
"Mind if I look?" Novia asked. Sonia handed her the top book. Novia opened it to somewhere in the middle. Several runes were pictured, and some parts of the pages had been ripped out. Novia scanned the text underneath one of the pictured runes.
"Most interesting..." she commented, handing back the book.

While Sonia was talking with Novia, Kaze was still fighting his mysterious opponent. He slashed at the guy, who blocked with his wrist, and punched Kaze in the face, though Kaze landed a kick to the guy's stomach, sending both of them flying back, as Kaze put his hands to the ground and pushed himself into the air, barely missing a ki Blast that the guy sent at Kaze. Kaze then landed on the ground, with his left hand holding onto the ground, before pushing off from the ground towards the guy.

OOC: This would make an epic movie scene.

IC (Sonia)
:
Meanwhile, back with Sonia, she was looking at the book too with Novia.
"Yeah, for some reason, it keeps saying that it's from a place I've never heard of... And also mentions something about a portal. But I'm not sure what that means..." Sonia said with a confused look on her face, before she started to grab the second book, and paused.
"Would you like to help me study these runes?"

IC (Novia):
"Sure," Novia said.

Novia grabbed one of the books from Sonia's pile, while at the same time humming to herself. She opened the book to the first page, and started reading.

OCC: I'm going to the beach for a few days. so Please feel free to IC Zeo until i return on Wednesday 

IC: Zeo stood up, still some what winded from the last attack. He thought that to have any chance of beating this man he would have to use particle-acceleration. Even though this power still some what worried him because of how much harm it would do to him if he used it. Zeo's body stated crackling with power and energy and blue sparks jumped on his body. He was no longer using his muscles to move or even stand up he was moving his body with the particles that made up his body. "Kaze, out of the way i will handle this man." Then Zeo took off, he hit the man in the back from his elbow, But before the man could even react Zeo was already in front of him and delivering roundhouse kick to the man's stomach. As the man flew backwards Zeo ran on the wall and ran past the man and to the other end of hall and jumped off the wall.  Zeo then jumped up and backfilped of the wall ending in a strait leg kick to the man and sent him flying the other direction, but this time the man caught him self and began to stand up but Zeo was already there and delivered a Snake-head fist to the man's gut which sent the man crashing down in the other direction. Zeo undid the particle-acceleration the blue sparks stopped and Zeo came crashing to the floor with blood already in his mouth.

OCC hope that was not to much power, and dudebot that is what particle-acceleration is.

... That didn't happen, if you were attacking Kaze's opponent. You're on the other side of the house, blocked by a gate that's impervious to Ki, and can't be lifted up without it crashing on you. Plus, Kaze is a while away if you weren't talking about that. So, if you weren't talking about Kaze's opponent, just edit that part out

OOC: Following my last post about two weeks ago(actual earth time, not RPG time)...

...Ughh... what? Where am I? ... I can't... remember...
Suddenly thoughts exploded in my head, and the past day in the valley was revealed...
Eleanor, Tyrena, Helioz, and me...
And then the thought hit me -Tyrena had discovered our fake names, and could now track us easily-. I slumped down, pondering over the thoughts in my mind, and I realised one more important thing. I had one brother, and one sister... although which of those two is my sister I had no clue, but something had happened to me, and I knew that my sword would never strike those two with the same ferocity as I would have done in the past...
A lone figure neared me, it was Helioz.
"You're thinking about... the valley, aren't you?" he asked me. I nodded.
"We need to head back to that school, something about it seems to call..." I said, and no sooner had the words left my mouth, Helioz exstracted(sp?) some of his power, causing the land to move forwards. Forwards towards the school. Back. Back to...

Kenji made his way around the house. There were sounds of battle going off around him. I wonder if I should be going after Kaze or Zeo... he wondered. Kaze's a good fighter, so he should be ok... And he's got that armor, too... But Zeo, on the other hand... I haven't seen him fight before, and if he uses particle acceleration... Kenji began a search for Zeo. He activated his X-ray vision and began his search.

Most of the rooms were empty. Although in one room he saw two people trading blows. They were both armored. There's Kaze... Now then, Zeo isn't with him, and there's no body in the room... So he's fighting elsewhere... Kenji continued his search, but all the othere rooms were empty.

However.

There was one wall, that, no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't see through it. He must be there, he thought. Kenji picked up the pace on his way to the wall.

OOC: Wonder what's going to happen now.

Finish my intro to Interlude one

Sending a few Ki blasts at the guy, who blocked them with his own, Kaze jumped up, and slashed down, not doing that much, but causing the guy to jump backwards, and then he started running towards the window. Waiting until he went through, Kaze decided to follow him for once, and climbed the ladder that was there, seeing that everything was dying in the backyard because of the heat, and stepped through with his eyes closed, expecting to fall... But he didn't.
"Huh?" Kaze said, when he opened his eyes again. It was the exact same place he had just come out of, but... there was something... Different about it for some reason. For instance, he didn't see the guy. Shrugging it off, he turned around, and was about to walk out of the window again...

OOC: I wonder if that's the start of what you were hinting at on BZP...?

IC:
Kenji had finally reached the wall. It seemed more like a door or gate, though. There was no handel to open it, but there were small openings on the bottom that he could grab onto. Grasping these, he attempted to lift it.

But he couldn't. Too heavy.

Stepping back, he tried a different approach. He lifted his left arm and fired a Ki blast.

Nothing doing. He launched several more. Same result. Not even a mark left behind.

Not giving up, Kenji activated his Ki blade and made a swing, only to have it stop when the tip hit the door. He tried again and the same thing happened. He just couldn't cut through the door.

Well if Ki doesn't work, how about swords?

Kaze turned around, and expecting to walk back into the room somehow, he stpped out of the window.
"OOF!" Kaze yelled out, landing in soft snow. He stood up, and looked around. The surrounding area was full of the white snow, which confused him, seeing as just a little while ago, it was the middle of July. Kaze shook his head, and stood up, almost reaching the top of the not ruined fence because of the snow. Kaze walked around, the Armour's metal covering him from the cold snow that reached up to almost his knees. Kaze put the sword that was in his hands back on his back, and walked to the backyard, where he was met with a puzzling sight; an almost pristine condition back-yard.
"What is going on here...?" He thought, with a confused look on his face, as he backed up, and tumbled down a snow bank into the neighbouring house's back yard. The snow seemed to be lower than the other back-yard's, but there was a snow pile reaching up to bridge the height difference between the two properties, though that was almost all the snow. Still puzzled at the conditions, Kaze walked towards the exit to the current back-yard deactivating his armour as he was walking, and when he got through it, he saw a girl, who walked over to him, and smiled.
"Hello, who are you?" The girl said, and though Kaze thought he remembered her from somewhere, he couldn't remember from where, but just shook his head, and looked back at her.
"My name's Blade. You?" He said, using his codename because he didn't know who these people were... And really, where he was.

OOC: ... DING DING DING. Any guesses to what IDH stands for, who that was, and exactly how Kaze got to somewhere that it was snowing?

Kenji unlimbered his katana and made one of his strongest slashes yet. Barely even a scratch. He made a few more strikes. Same result.

Well, Ki doesn't work... Or the Katana... But the Ki and katana together is stronger than the two separate... The katana began glowing blue. Kenji struck again.

Nothing happened. Kenji sheathed his katana and pulled out his cleaver. The cleaver blade is heaver, so maybe... Kenji struck again.

Nothing.

By the looks of it, the door is resistant to Ki. In addition, the steel is incredibly strong, able to withstand the strongest of my attacks. Kenji knocked on the wall. By the sound of it, it's about 4 inches thick. It's too heavy for me to lift alone as well.

So if I can't lift it, and I can't break through it, and I can't go around it, then there must be a lever somewhere to lift the door. mechanically. Better not be on the other side...

Kenji reactivated his X=ray vision for another search.

"Oh, I'm not exactly supposed to say my name..." The girl said, and Kaze noticed that she was mostly wearing black.
That's odd, that's mostly a Chaos Hunter colour... Kaze thought, shaking it off, as the girl turned to Kaze again.
"Here, it's cold out here, let's go inside!" She said with a smile, as Kaze/Blade followed her inside. He looked around and saw that it was pretty big. In fact, it seemed bigger on the inside than the outside, but that may have just been Kaze not looking at the outside right.

OOC: Today, was gonna be the day they were gonna throw it back to you... By now you should saw it now and realized what you got to do... And I don't believe that anybody feels the way I do; about you now.

Guess who sings that, and the song title. I gave you a whole verse to be fair(NOTE: The lyrics might be off. that's what it sounds like to me though

Kenji was searching the building as methodically as possible. He carefully searched each room from his posision, looking for anything that looked like a lever, button, or switch. Sadly, every room so far turned up blank.

The search continued, and he finally got to the room Kaze was fighting in. Or at least, was fighting in. There was only one armored person in the room, looking aroung like he was looking for something. Kenji could tell from from the shape of the armor that it wasn't Kaze, but rather his oppenent. There was nothing Kaze-related in the room at all.

What the heck is that guy up to? Where'd he go? a crash on the other side of the wall reminded him of what he was doing. He searched the room, only to find nothing of interest, and moved onto the next room. The Kaze puzzle lingering in his mind.

OOC: If there is a lever/button/switch, where would it be? :-\

The train ride to Backtotehussr was much better than the first one we'd taken there... but still... something was wrong... the smell of fire... the billowing smoke... the sharp crack and the sudden... explosion...

...ashes... ashes... we all have to die sometime...
I blinked back to reality, my arms, legs, body and head killing me. A soft, light rain wet my clothes and skin, or at least, what was left of them. The explosion...
...White doors... white rooms... machines, screens, needles... hospital...


Six years ago

The black door opened, a massive school that I'd arrived at. I bumped past a young girl, said sorry, then continued on my way.
The door to my class slammed open, two guys fighting each and a horrified teacher and rest of the class staring at them. A moved my hands forwards to pull the two guys apart, but something went wrong, and the boys' bodies fused somehow, infront of everyone's eyes. I looked at my hands, terrified of my own power, and ran out of the building.
My name is Cyrus... and that is all that I know...


Present day

My brother lay on the bed across from mine, the same machines and stuff attached to him. Death should have taken us that day, but two days later, we were out of the place, the doctors yelling and screaming at us for playing a stupid prank like that- you know, fake injury, fast recovery-. Except that it wasn't fake. We had healed, somehow, and we were fine after that, heading for the school once more...
