No administrator, global moderator, moderator, or normal member may have a member that is
currently on the MLNO Staff blocked on the PM system. To ensure quick and efficient enforcement of the MLNO rules, it is critical that
all staff members are able to reach all members within the forum using the PM system.
Upon discovery of a user who has a staff member blocked, the following procedure will be executed.
- A warning will be issued by a MLNO administrator to the member in question. The member will be asked respectfully to lift the block themselves or further consequences will be necessary.
- If the member intentionally dismisses the warning or ignores it for at least 5 days, an administrator will have the authority to lift the block and issue a reputation point deduction on the member.
- If at this point the member continues to add a staff member to their blocked list, then the above will be repeated until the member is banned or they agree to comply.
