The limousine arrived in the middle of the city now taken over by Cyborgs. It had taken many steps to be cautious, as well as not be seen by anyone or anything. And then, Seth was literally thrown out of the limousine's window, with his face towards the ground. He knew what he was commanded to do. Of course, people are going to notice someone that just appeared out of nowhere. So he had to be cautious himself.
Apparently, the cyborgs that had overtook the city believed in 'unwritten laws', which to many, meant there were none. This often resulted in fighting. But at least they all believed they were superior to men, and that was what brought them together to overthrow the city. And it is what brings them together to attack other places, and pure men.
