HELLO! AND THE TYPHOON THAT PAST WASN'T EVEN SIGNAL 1, AND MY NEIGHBORHOOD IS AND I AM NOT LIEING, FLOODED, UP TO MY FEET, AND HOW I CAN MEASURE IT, IS BECAUSE I HAD TO WALK THROUGH IT FROM SCHOOL.

I could remember a lady passing me in the Flooded street saying(Translated to English)
