It's happening more than usual but that's just because people are going to be on their phone more than usual since the game came out. People have been walking into roads since candy crush and Twitter
Some people are getting really angry about the game; some parents are even trying to sue because their kids got hurt. Shoulda been paying attention to their kid instead of being ready to sue but that's the American way at this point I guess =/
