Bear in mind that the good ones never make the news. There are approximately one hundred twenty-seven million five hundred sixty thousand conservatives in the US today.

Also please realize that a lot of the stuff about "registries" and such is put out by the liberal press to drum up opposition.  Trump's an azz hat, but he will not do half of what he advertized and less than than that of what he is accused.
Frankly, I am very sad that the press has blown this up to the point that people I care about online and IRL are in fear. I hate that.

Um... No offense, but I don't have to listen to the news to have Trump scare the **** out of me. His behavior for the entire election cycle was extremely worrisome. I listened to him sometimes, and it was mostly empty, flaming rhetoric. But the thing is, it was so easy to see through. The one thing he values more than anything is himself, and at times was squandered large amounts of money and reputation just to get more publicity. A recent NYT article discussed that he basically already built a wall in Scotland... for his gold course. He tried to forcibly buy their porter, and when they wouldn't sell, build a 15' tall dirt wall on either side of their property and sent them a $3500 bill. Nope, I don't listen to the media too much, telling me what to think... I just look at what he says and what he says...

ETA: That's a swear word?
