Hmm. I can't find any troubleshooting for the keyboard(Or keyboards at all), on the DELL site. So. Failing all that...

Have you tried turning it off and on again? And it's not already considered 'installed', correct?

Well that's hard to do since the install disc isn't working right anymore.. But I have tried everything I could, including google and such.. Maybe MTM will have seen this issue before. Thanks!!

ok, well, with all version windows from xp SP2 and up, its pretty easy to automatically fetch drivers. So, i'd recommend, unplug it, restart, log on, then plug it in, try to get the "found new hardware" wizard, tell it to autofetch the drivers, that should work.

But that might work. I was gonna suggest driver stuff; but because I couldn't locate any way to get to the keyboard drivers on the DELL site; I wasn't sure if that was possible. =P
