I'm doing an essay on the differences between the 13th and 14th amendment of the Constitution. And why in the case of Katzenbach v. McClung using the 14th amendment was wrong.

Coolio, I'm interested to see what a professor says about the country, everybody always seems to think it's a terrible country, it's not, it's actually pretty good, corrupt politics but it's getting a lot better. Lula (Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva) has done a lot with the country. Vargas was TERRIBLE, he tried to mimick Hitler and Mussolini.
