Megaman(Original) was the household Robot named 'Rock' who was turned into a fighting robot after Doctor Wily reprogrammed 6 (8 ) of Doctor Light's robots. He has then fought off 10 games worth of robots. Megaman X was Doctor Light's greatest creation, and what spawned the reploids after being found by Doctor Cain. He fought against Sigma, before being destroyed for good in Megaman Zero 2. Megaman Zero isn't truly a 'Megaman', but is a creation by Doctor Wily. Zero fought alongside X, and has overcome many challenges, including dying multiple ties and destroying his old body when it was taken over by Omega. Megaman Trigger is the Megaman of the game series 'Megaman Legends', and is a former Purifier Unit that destroyed his former planet, and is now stranded there. Megaman ZX is the name of the 'Double Megamerged' form of Model X and Model Z. The series has only got 2 games, even though it ended with a cliffhanger, much like Megaman Legends. Megaman.EXE is the virtual form of Megaman, that was created in the alternate timeline in which the Internet was funded instead of Robotics. Megaman and his operator, Lan, overcome many obstacles and delete many viruses in the 6 games they're in. Megaman Star Force is the 'name' of the merged form of Geo Stelar and Omega-Xis. However, they are never referred to as that, although they are referred to as the title of Japanese version in said version(Shooting Star Rockman).
