OMG...I iz caught up nao! Wow, and here I was thinking y'all had done the whole Gravity Guardian fight before the wipe...
Blade (or anyone else who was active at the time), could you fill me in on what happened during the time slip? As in, how
exactly did elemental powers come out again, and who Matt was? (Along with anything else of importance.) I almost have the whole picture, there's just a couple of things I'm missing. Once that's done, I'll condense the whole thing into a post or two for new players.

Nope, it was more or less all side story stuff; that's why I decided to just pick up where we had left off. =P And it was technically the Iron Guardian fight... Which is why I needed his name. =P
Alright, so after the pool party fight(Which involved fighting off Omega
again, including Disky teleporting around to handle Omega instead of Kenji, since he was, well, on the ground. =P), there was Chaos Hunter stuff involving Marik and Skye being captured. Sakeo led an attack to get them back; but only succeeded in rescuing Skye, as Marik had already been captured... And only because Kaze had shown up to help(Sakeo got captured in one of the fights. =P). Kaze had been using his armour to help out; and when they got out... Oddly he started to act weird, and attacked Sakeo and Skye, though that never amounted to anything, as Sakeo fought him until the armour wore off, and Kaze collapsed.(That was a setup point for something in the future, and I'm disappointed it's not in the archives now. =/)
Between that and the rescue mission, Kaze had more or less gotten his arms back to functioning state, if only because of Omega, though obviously he was still not in any good shape from the pain. However, he had noticed a few things that were weird; as he had kept noticing some weird guy who kept appearing and disappearing. Kaze thought nothing of it, until one day, he went to the gym, and while his friends were there, the mysterious guy appeared, and revealed himself to be Naikage, Chosen One of Shadow... And a Chaos Hunter.(That's why you didn't really have any clue about him, Flipz, sorry. >>; ) Kaze and the rest were kicked around, until Kaze activated his armour. However, even then, it was more or less obvious that Naikage had the upper hand, and as Kaze was about to either lose, or activate his Ki Aura, a beam of light hit Naikage randomly. Both looked up, and saw a figure through the light, who then walked off. Naikage then disappeared with Marik, who had shown up during the fight(Initially also attacking Naikage until things got cleared up. =P). Later, Kaze had mentioned this to Kazuki, and he explained both about Elemental Chosen Ones, and the fact that there were four special Chosen Ones, who could control light and Shadow... Two for each element. Kai walked in at that moment, and was revealed to both be the Food Fighter from the prologue, and the Chosen One of Light.
After that, Kaze went looking for one of his old classmates from Terakou when they were first there, Kali. He traveled to his old hometown, and stuff happened, including the guy from the alt dimension, Ikaki, showing up to warn Kaze about something... ALSO foreshadowing something. =P After that, Kaze got to Kali's house, and at first failed to convince her that she was a Chosen One and needed to go with them... But a Chaos Hunter raid shortly changed her mind. =P This is also where the Chaos Guardian of Iron was introduced, though he had an admittedly different name at that time... I forgot the name between then and when we fought him again. =/ After that, and more stuff involving all that, we returned to Terakou, minus Marik, who was still a Chaos Hunter at that time.
After that, we started up the search for Kenji's trainer character, Ebizio or however you say the name(It's been a long while since I've had to type that.
). We split into three parties; one with Matt, Kaze, Novia, Kali, and I believe someone else. The other had Kenji and Kai(Hilarity ensued on that one. I'll explain in it's own section. =P). The last one, had Sakeo, Skye, and M'Raize.(One of the only times they actually got along with each other. =P)
The party that Kaze was in was relatively peaceful, however, Kaze still hadn't mastered long range teleporting(An inside joke from Kaze taking forever to master even the basic of techniques back in Chapter 2. =P), and therefore had to teleport like 100 times across the water to get to the other side. Novia was none too pleased. =P Next, they met up with one of MTM's other characters I believe(Who was going on his own until then), during a snowstorm. He had been tracking a pigeon, and eventually they came across a castle, where they believed the trainer was in... However, it just turned out to be a hoax, as someone said the Trainer was in another castle.
Next up, we had Kai and Kenji. They had the most true comedic fun. Kenji was still unable to use his arms by that point, you see, so first, they got into a car. Kenji had the driver's seat. Kai was freaked out, though Kenji skillfully used voice commands to guide it. Then they got to a boat. Kai had to pilot that. Kai was once again none too impressed, and had no clue how to pilot it. Somehow, they made it though, and eventually got to... I believe it was the Himalayas. They tried climbing the mountain, but the snowstorm got too much for them, and eventually passed out. They awoke in the Trainer's home, however, and after a little while, he successfully healed Kenji.(However, the method he used made Kai initially think he was an enemy. =P) After that, they teleported everyone but the Sakeo group there to train... And the reasons for that will be made clear, very shortly. However, during the training, all the Chosen Ones' elements began to unlock. It wasn't really thought out, because that was never truly finished, but I believe unlocking the elements there had something to do with coming in contact either with the Inner Ki beings, or someone else who had more or less unlocked their elements already. Dawn's the exception, since I had thought out her getting her element... long before I thought out
how elements are unlocked. =P
Sakeo's group, had the toughest time, and spawned an entire sub-plot. They started off fine; Skye teleported them somewhere to start, and Sakeo corrected her slight mistake instantly. They started to search around to gather info, and during one part of the info gathering process, Sakeo suggested they use names from Chuck; an idea M'Raize dismissed almost immediately. However, they eventually got info that a mysterious house in the middle of a desert was using way more electricity than it should have been. They then teleported there again(After another slight accidental detour), and began to investigate said hut. Turns out, however, it was actually Marik's, err, 'summer home'. Even though it's in a desert. A fight ensued, which Sakeo had nearly won, however, since he had activated a certain Armour mode, his Armour deactivated, and he was left defenceless. M'Raize had been randomly teleported at that point, so he couldn't help. Meanwhile, Chaos Hunters and their brothers had shown up, and although Skye had been injured(during the fight, Sakeo and Marik blew up his house... They were
that powerful.), Sakeo teleported away barely, but collapsed as soon as he had returned.
Skye had been captured then, and was kept in a cell, as Marik continued to talk to her, and explain his reasoning for capturing her, however, also wanted her to join the fight. By that time, M'Raize had come to his senses, and teleported back to the desert, only to realize the battle was already, you know, over. M'Raize teleported to the Chaos Hunter base, and started to think of a way to rescue Skye, as he more or less assumed what happened. While that was going on, Sakeo had awakened. Kazuki was there, and explained how the Ultimate Armour form of the Armour was extremely flawed still, and could easily make the person who used it... Lose their Ki. Sakeo, however, wouldn't give up, and Kazuki showed him to a room where three days outside was essentially a month inside.(Before anyone asks, the part involving Sakeo, from here on out, is
heavily based off the Deicide arc of Bleach, since more or less everything like the Three Days = One Month thing and the Powers Are Gone Ohes Noes thing are from said arc. =P) Sakeo trained with his Inner Ki Being(Not to get Ki Data Drain, however, for reasons that'll be shown later on in the summary), and after a while, gained control over his element... And then went and got both a huge power increase, mastery over his Ki and Element... but also got a speed increase. Kazuki was shocked when he burst out from the special room, and then teleported to the fight. By that time, I forget what had happened, but I
believe M'Raize had more or less raided the base that Skye was in(Not the main one, if people are rescued, it's not the main base. =P), and had escaped, but fought either Marik and Naikage, or just Naikage. They were fighting a losing battle up 'til that point, as Naikage was more or less way out of their league, though Marik tried to fight(He had been branded a traitor, which makes me think he helped in getting Skye out), along with M'Raize. However, that was still not enough, and as they were about to be finished off, Sakeo appeared. First order of business? Demonstrate his power, by destroying what was left of the base. Next order? Proceed to attempt to pummel Naikage into the ground. By that point, he was more or less even with Naikage, though Naikage still seemed to have a bit of an edge, but seemingly nowhere near what was needed, as Naikage was nearly defeated once or twice. The energy that was generated from that fight, however, unlocked the elements in all three of the bystanders. After that, Sakeo basically went god mode. He activated Ultimate Armour aaaaand then proceeded to literally beat Naikage into the ground. Did I mention that all the while he looked more or less exactly like what Ichigo did in the Deicide arc? Guess his armour had changed slightly from the training. =P I believe he used a Mugetsu-like move too. However, I believe it was either just before he was about to win, or right after he had defeated Naikage and made him teleport away, his armour fragmented, and sent him to the ground. Remember, Ultimate Armour usage, on his Armour version, destroys your Ki. =P
Sakeo woke up once again, and found that his Ki was gone, and that his hair had been cut(It literally had, though I'm considering making the look Ichigo had the standard for Sakeo. =P), though everyone was safe. I believe Sakeo may has teleported them back right before everything happened. After he had recovered enough, however, Sakeo helped them to train their elements... initially. Sakeo used his mind powers against Skye's then-unlocked wind powers.(The question then, and I don't believe it's been answered... If Sakeo lost his Ki powers; why could he still read minds and use telekinesis?
) However, him teaching elements went out the window, as when M'Raize and Marik were sparring, Sakeo and Skye went to go look around Terakou... Something M'raize and Marik only realized after a very long time. =P Then it was a comical show of 'try to catch them, but just get to their location after they've already left'. =P However, that turned out to be the downfall, as Skye's brother(Who was a Chaos Hunter) showed up; and used a special poison to get rid of her Ki powers so he could bring her back. ... Problem is, it also started to kill her.
After a while of arguing and otherwise fighting, Dawn, Sakeo, and Skye's brother(Kale) headed to try and get the antidote. Problem is, though Kale got the antidote, and Dawn and Sakeo got it back safely, Kale was captured in the process. They got the antidote to Skye just in time, and although she was alright, there was no way she was fit enough for a mission(Her appearance had also been nearly changed). So, in response, Kaze and the crew, fresh back from their training(Shown by the fact that Dawn had been back already), showed up, and they then raided the Chaos Hunter Base. Kale was successfully rescued, and though there were some mishaps, like nearly being killed by traps in the base, they made it out safely. Kaze dealt with Kale's father himself, but... I kinda forget what happened to him. I believe that Kaze rescued him as well, simply because Kaze doesn't always like fighting Chaos Hunters. Then they threw a party to celebrate, and Kaze had rescued some fish, so Kazuki's office got some new decorations.
The recurring theme through that last sub-plot, however, had been Kale hitting on Dawn. At first that hadn't gone anywhere, as Dawn thought he was a typical arrogant guy. However, that eventually changed, and was one of the reasons the rescue mission took place. The last thing that happened before the time slip, however, was Kale scaring Dawn while she was underwater. That never actually got through to completion, but I believe that Kale would've attempted to save her(Not realizing she didn't need to worry about water because of her element), and Dawn getting annoyed at him for the moment.
Now that the storyline recap is
finally written out; I can address your specific questions for a 'tl;dr' variant. =P
Elements: They were either awakened during Dudebot's Training Session Plot, or through heavy elemental use near someone whose elements hadn't unlocked. That, or Inner Ki Beings, since that's how Kaze and Kenji's elements unlocked, though they needed refining, as they were unconscious usages. =P
Matt: Matt was Mahri's character. He had a mysterious past, and I believe he first appeared during the 'Rescue Kali' part of Chapter 3. M'Raize's flashbacks during the part where he teleported away during the Sakeo/Skye/Marik/M'Raize subplot in the third part of Chapter 3 elaborated on him slightly, as it was shown that Matt did something to M'Raize. However, it was never expanded on until the time slip had occurred.
So yeah. That's what got lost from DoaH; straight from my memory. However, although I might be missing some of the lesser things(Hey, memory's not perfect. =P), I believe I got everything of importance. Although I nearly forgot the Kali mission and Naikage's intro. Again.
Also, I think this is longer than even my biggest story post in the epic, so... =P
