Step one: Take out of box.
Step two: Insert wires.
Step three: Plug power cable into wall or power bar.
Step four: Push big power button.
Step five: Enjoy!
Optional step five: Run minor set-up stuff, but that's mostly all onscreen stuff.

Honestly, there's no need for paperwork instructions for setting up a computer... if you've set up one, in terms of plugging wires in, you've set up them all. xD Unless there's some random weird thing that's causing this...
