Well, I found out the secret to HP service. You MUST call before 2 PM PST.. in order to get an English speaking person. Finally did that today and they are expressing a box to send it back, and expressing the service as well.
The English speaking person in Texas was SO nice.  And sent me a nice follow up email as well..

Hey M,

It was such a pleasure talking with you today. You asked if I could send you an email with the confirmation number, and you should get one automatically from our team, but just to make sure, I'm sending you one personally. Here is the confirmation number for your order for repair:

Personally, my family's only used HP computers for 10 years and we've never had a single problem. My RAM stopped working, I send it in, I get it back days later in perfect condition.

I didn't do anything. I was playing Pokemon White 2, and when I returned to the Home Menu, all my apps and savedata were deleted. (Why is there no way to submit bug reports to Nintendo?)

But... That's just odd. 0_o Have you tried turning it off and on again, just to make certain the data isn't still there? Why would returning to the menu from a game cause the data on the card to be deleted?

According to Google my SD card was "too big". >_<

I sent an email to Nintendo, redownloaded everything, and ran a chkdsk on it. But I'm still out 60+ hours of savedata. (And I was SO close to getting the final Therian Forme in Dream Radar)

EDIT: Chkdsk claims it found and restored some corrupt data, maybe it's my saves...wish me luck...

What was your SD's size? And format?
