As far as I can tell, the entire Tomb Raider series consists of awesome ideas, executed HORRIBLY.
Take the T-Rex in Anniversary. It would be an AMAZING fight...if the kriffing Adrenaline Dodge actually worked. Instead, Lara just walks sideways into the T-Rex's mouth.

Tomb Raider: Have you tried the PS1 games yet? 1-5? =P Because those are regarded to be the better of the Tomb Raider games, and all others after not quite so good. Reminds me of a certain former Sony mascot Dragon.
