Nope... ever raced against someone with SMII with a Destabilizer? I have a Destabilizer.
It has short Range. I have 3 Engine slots, ALL FOUR chassis slots, and three wheel slots.

I have gone against someone with the Shield Mark II, but failed with my destabilizer. It's a very strong weapon.
