Hmmm... It's simple apparently...
Seems that the event horizon radious and gravitational pull of the star are the main players, and due to the subspace field the gravitational pull is pretty much uniform at 12523 megagravs. Meaning that all I have to do is divide the gravitational pull of the event horizon by the gravitational pull of the pulsar (When I convert both into cochranes) so I get a position of 325 AU away from the pulsar.
