If anyone is planning on taking any online classes, stay far, FAR away from Straighterline. Currently trying to get a refund from them for the worst experience I have had in my educational career.
Basically I need one last statistics class in order to graduate from university in December and my college isn't offering it this semester, so I tried taking it online.
Long story short, the textbook is gibberish and seems to be pieced together from a dozen other textbooks, the "video lessons" consist of five 1-minute snippets, and the lessons and practice tests are 98% unrelated to the actual exam questions, with exams mostly asking about formulas and theorems that were never mentioned before.
So now I need to find a different online class that meets the requirements...
