Well, my brother's very smart.
We got into the text file that has all of the information of what does what, and changed it. Luckily, it seems like Lego were going to put the Tunnel Transport in the game, but got rid of it. That's the only reason it works.
The TT doesn't fully work. When you pick up a vehicle, it doesn't come with you, even though you're carrying it. It will appear when you drop it off, though.
