So, how am I supposed to get a better Ditto? I only have one, and I don't even know if it has the best nature... =/
1. In, Emerald, get a Jolly Pokemon with Synchronize, and a Pokemon with a high capture rate that DOESN'T have Teleport/Roar/etc. Go to the Underground Passage West of Fallarbor town.
2. In D/P/Pt, Pokeradar Route 218, with the same Pokemon requirements in Emerald.
Both: Get a Jolly Ditto with 31 IVs in Speed by continuously catching Ditto.
0PC0 - Are you sure? Pokemon don't have 35 IVs in a stat.
