Update!
MLNO.org is working again, so you can use that to enter the site again.
There was a recent update with SMF; all of those who have custom domains under SMF will be moved to a new server, so Admins, you will need to re-park the domain, and for everyone, until the domain name is working again, you will need to use mln.smfforfree4.com.

On this one? I'd assume it may be because of the fact that it's being all glitchy and everything... Try using shift and clicking the refresh button, it may be a case of the cache being different.

That explains a lot. NOW I know what was causing the slowness; Time Warner Cable hadn't updated their DNS yet. Now that they've done so, I'm back to full speed!
EDIT: ...but I still can't access the mlno.org address. What's going on?

Aah, okay. I figured it may have been a DNS prob there while reading through this stuff. It should all be back to normal within 24-48 hours... Except for the Domain, I don't know when that'll get fixed...

Did you change the IP whatsit to the new one? Ip's for custom domain users:

The following applys only to those who are using a Custom Domain name:
If you purchased a domain, and parked it on smf for free, you need to change the IP for the nameservers.
You would do that at your domain host (where you purchased the domain name and did the nameserver information originally.
Do NOT update the nameserver IP until you are given notice to do so when the move is completed. ..
THere will be a notice on the page when the move is completed telling you when it is okay to do so
