It's not over yet. They got some crazy stuff happining in the manga. =P

(And I've only seen FMA:B Epi 1, lol)

To do the future idea, you have to assume things. For example, let's say Ed and Winrey get married and have a kid, Al gets his body back, but knows some way back into his suit for if he needed it, Mustang and Hawkeye hook up, some random important people die, and some new evil is planning on destroying things. Nothing will ever be guarenteed canon, but it's the RPG's universe. If Ed dies in the story, you don't start over because he's gone; you work with it or ignore it altogether.
