Membership Matters: a moment of your time please.

When the MLNO was built, much like a MOC, the community looked and said.. wow, that is awesome.
And much like a MOC, as time went by, we looked at this creation and said.. hmm, maybe if I add a brick here, and change that...
Some of the ideas went well.. others not so well. Again like a MOC, yes?

As we the staff look at it today, we are mainly pleased. But we would like to know your thoughts as well.

1. Why did you join? A good friend led me  to this site, so I joined.
2. Why do you stay? I found the people here had the same interests and desires as I did. Being able to your own topic
3. What do you like most? Sharing my creations and viewing others aswell, the same applies to thoughts and ideas in the other topics aswell
4. What would you change? now that's a toughy, not much, I'm still here, but I could come up with some answers at a later time. Ok, it's later now, let's see, what would I change?
    More smiley's, really, to me this place is perfect,though when I see something, I may put my 2 bricks in and I find that most of the time, it gets some sort of attention, and that's coolenough for me.
5. Would you invite others to join & Why? Of course, because I think if they are a fan of Lego, this is the place to be. Trust is handed to you as soon as you arrive and friends come storming through the door.
6. Comments? I've said it before, when I'm online, I'm here, to me, this is home.

Because I feel drawn to this site, almost like a magnet.

Yes, I would, because this site suits all ages and all types.

1. Why did you join?
I stumbled upon MLNT when searching my username on Google. On MLNT I heard of MLNO and came here, because of the more intelligent group, as well as the fact that I found my old buddies R8, NeoBlademan, and Timposter (who has goten crazier from last time I met him).

2. Why do you stay?
I'm held at gunpoint
I appreciate the upbeat attitude and friendly atmosphere.

3. What do you like most?
Hard to say, but probably the debate board.

4. What would you change?
The double-post rule. I think double-posting should only be when you post the same message twice, which is on accident.

5. Would you invite others to join & Why?
I have in the past, actually, but the MLNTers like MLNT too much.

I like having a huge sig pic.

1. Why did you join?

Because I felt like it. No incentive at the time. This entire forum was a bunch of strangers-everybody. I knew no-one.

2. Why do you stay?

Forum Games. Count to a Million. That's where my activity at MLNO began. Over a year ago now, we were before 10,000 then...

3. What do you like most?

*shrugs* it's hard to give an answer to a question that questions what you like about your likes.

4. What would you change?

nothing, really. Maybe make the forum reverse in time but with everyone remembering what happened 'in the future' so that we could get a new start.

5. Would you invite others to join & Why?

can't. Only other true forum I'm on is BZP and I don't post there much not to mention you can't link to other forums there.

I joined MLNO to help myself rank up and to get to know other LEGO fans.

2. Why do you stay?
MLNO is mostly a time filler, but I also stay here to keep in touch with some MLN friends. There is also a fair amount of topics here that draw my interest.

3. What do you like most?
The variety of members and the arcade.

4. What would you change?
Possibly more less-serious topics, such as simple polls or something.

5. Would you invite others to join & Why?
No, I have no friends IRL that play MLN/like LEGOs.

Well, I read that a lot of active went here, so I came here.

2. Why do you stay?
I think the default word size and font is a lot better than other forums.
No, actually, I found a place where I could organize my shop easily.

3. What do you like most?
What I liked most was the active teams. It felt as we were in the same family

I would like to help get teams into "active" stage.

Yes, I'd like to invite others to join. I could learn from a lot of people from different cultures.

MLNO would have been a success if the members were more active.

1. Why did you join?

I joined because Tim kept pestering me =P That, and The Lego Union over on GameSpot thought it would be a great idea to have someone join and check it out. So I volunteered, and here I am!

2. Why do you stay?

I stay because of the members here. I've never really been into Lego's, unless they were Star Wars (go figure ), but the member's here have always been nice to me.

3. What do you like most?

The community, definitely. Even after all the stuff happened back in January, I was welcomed back.

4. What would you change?

I'll edit this in later, once I figure it out.

5. Would you invite others to join & Why?

I'd totally invite people to join. The MLNO is a wonderful place to be a part of.

1. Why did you join?

Well, it took me a long time to realise it, but Raks invited me. That was when I was only on the LMBs, and as most of us know, it's quite hard to advertise at the LMBs.

2. Why do you stay?

Because of the members, and because of how much I enjoyed LEGO.

3. What do you like most?

Probably the contests and MOC Corner. And forum games.

4. What would you change?

Is 'nothing' an allowed answer?

5. Would you invite others to join & Why?

I would if I could, but I don't really know how to (you know, not many of my friends IRL like LEGO... might invite DJ from LUO and a new forum perhaps...)

Because I have no life; or, simply put, all my friends are here. =]

Like said above, I have no life, and all my friends are here; thus, I love talking to my friends, and they are here.

3. What do I like most?

I LOVE pretty-much everything here. Can't really choose a fave. But in boards, either games or debate. =)

4. What would I change?

Hmm... I'd change the technology forum and create a sub-forum for music.

5. Would I invite others to join & why?

I would surely love to invite members here; but the only prob is that all of my friends are already here.
