**Despite being inactive, Nwj345 is still recognized as the President of the My LEGO Network Organization and the highest ranking administrator.

• In the event that the President resigns or is impeached, then the Vice President will instantaneously become the Acting President until the actual President is decided upon.

• If the Vice President resigns or is impeached, then the President is responsible for appointing the Acting Vice President until the actual Vice President is decided upon.

• If both the President and the Vice President resign or are impeached, then the most senior administrator will become the Acting President, and the next senior administrator will be the Acting Vice President.
  
  • Should there be only one active administrator available, then they will accede to the Presidency and appoint the most senior Global Moderator as the Acting Vice President.
  • Should there be no active administrators available, then either the outgoing President or Vice President must appoint the most senior Global Moderator as Acting President, and the next senior Global Moderator as Acting Vice President.

• Continuity and a smooth transition of power are important in order to keep the staff stable.

Descriptions of MLNO Staff Positions

President of the MLNO: The President of the MLNO is the highest ranking staff member. He or she is the main leader of the entire forum and community, and responsible for representing the interests of the MLNO in the international forum community. The President is also responsible for taking care of domestic issues affecting the MLNO.

Vice President of the MLNO: The Vice President of the MLNO is the main assistant to the President. He or she is responsible for administrating the forum as well as serving as an adviser to the President. The Vice President assumes the title of Acting President when the incumbent President is inactive.

Administrator of the MLNO: The MLNO Administrators are responsible for administrating the forum and maintaining stability. Administrators may act as the President or the Vice-President if both are inactive. Reports of major incidents should be sent to the President, Vice President, and Administrators.

Global Moderator of the MLNO: The MLNO Global Moderators are the senior and most experienced moderators. Global Moderators are responsible for making sure that the entire forum is clear of any material that may violate the forum rules or the Terms of Service.

Moderator of the MLNO: The MLNO Moderators are responsible for maintaining each of the individual forums that they moderate. Any minor instances should be reported to the MLNO Moderators.

Probational Moderator of the MLNO: Probational Moderators, or "probies," are MLNO Moderators in training. If they pass the tests administered to them, then they will be promoted to Moderator status.
