Roller coasters are a good idea! A roller coaster building computer game was actually one of the first things that got me into engineering (that's part of the reason why I like building rides so much). I have thought about building a roller coaster before, and the hard part is the car/train itself. I can't think of a way that it wouldn't be impossible to make the car ago around a corner... it would surely get stuck. The next step is resorting to making a ball contraption (which, in my opinion, all good NXTers do eventually). I haven't done that yet, so perhaps I will. The only problem? I lost the LEGO balls that came with my NXT set... I unfortunately don't have any of the basketballs or soccer balls either.  Tongue I would have to use marbles... or buy some more LEGO balls. I would prefer the latter.  Grin

I've actually built a ferris wheel before. It was my first NXT projectSmiley
