OK... My less than a year old monitor has a total white screen... Graphics cars also less than one year .. ideas???

well, basics first. reboot, clean everything, run virus scans, get your updates up to date. then let me know :)

UHM.. how do I run a scan if I cannot see anything on the screen?? Thanks ;)

Do you have any other screens? Try plugging your computer into another one so you can tell if it's your computer or the screen doing it.

And still try rebooting, you don't need a screen for that.

It's the monitor, I switched up my old square 19"dell and it works fine, and the 24" veiwsonic bought in March is white on the other comp also...

When you press the buttons on the monitor, as in the ones that bring up the menu with screen settings, does it come up or is is the screen just always completely white?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Joking aside, try what Jas said, it might be that for some odd reason, the brightness and contrast and everything is set in a way that everything shows up white.

Could you list some more information? Like, what kind of input does the monitor use? Is it the same as the Dell?

Hm...well, there's always a chance the monitor is defective, if it gives a white screen on all computers...

yeah, I think it just blew up or something... no button shows anything.
