Personally, I loved the Sith Inquisitor storyline.

I'm liking the Sith Warrior one so far, lots of action. Also the voice actor for the Sith Warrior is my favourite, his voice works equally well for light or dark side characters.

Well I am currently downloading SWTOR.. it looks like it will take about an hour...
I started looking on the site.. so many choices of classes between the two factions..
I am thinking Jedi Consular.. but Sage or Shadow??

I'm on the Hanharr server currently, Jedi Consular, level 32... I think. I dunno, its been about a month since I was able to play (school and work and boyfriend keeping me super busy). I also think my sub is running out in a couple days......

I like how most of the server's names are references to KotOR 1 and 2.

It's a little smaller than I expected, but it still looks nice.

Tatooine was my most hated planet to do quests on... I spent more time on that planet than on the rest of the planets COMBINED. And I still don't have all the datacrons ._.

Alderaan is very beautiful, but sadly I'm almost done with the bonus quests so I won't be staying on it for too much longer.

And then I think I'm finished with Chapter 1... FINALLY

I'm waiting to get the Tatooine datacrons until 1.2 fixes the Jawa Balloon bug.

My sub expired yesterday, so I guess I'm going to wait until May to re-buy another sub...

I have to wait until next month to play. My internet Bandwidth is low enough to prevent me from downloading anything.

It appears a new SWTOR event just started: The Rakghoul Pandemic. (Can't wait to do it!)

I renewed my sub, got a week's worth of gametime in, and then summer school started up and is keeping me from playing. But... I finally managed to complete the first chapter in the game and unlock my legacy!

Character name?

I now have two: Pythirr, my main, and Ka'laana, a Twi'lek Consular.
And with 1.3, we're getting server transfers (will probably move to The Fatman, or maybe an RP server), LFG tool, and no new content. :P

YES!!!!!! Server transfers!!!!!!! I played through all of Balmorra without seeing another character.

I only have one character, Jedi Shadow, named SkyeStari :P

And "superservers". Apparently, multiple servers will merge into new ones with higher population caps.

I really really hope mine gets merged with an active server then, not a bunch of dead ones. Haven't been able to complete any of the Heroics since Coruscant :/

Yes.

The LFG tool isn't that good, it took it 45 minutes to find me one group, which then disbanded within ten seconds. And this is while the test server had a ton of people on it, too. And when we tried to rebuild the group, we got an "Invalid group duties" error, which apparently meant that none of us existed.

The new PvP quest automatically gives you 350,000 credits, so that's good. :P

The titles for participating in this test are really hard and confusing though, since Bioware did NOT do a good job of explaining the criteria.
Performance seems better...

But all Sith Assassins (like me) got a pretty major nerf... :/

EDIT: Oh, and after getting transferred from a live server to the test server, I learned why character transfers aren't publicly available yet. I ended up getting two of the same character, one with the right name, and one named AWDEREEDRSW.

Now that we have Character Transfers, all my characters have moved to Drooga's Pleasure Barge.
Ten seconds in chat, and I got a full group for Battle of Ilum. Awesome. And...200+ people on Fleet!

When is this going to free to play??

Sometime in Fall, probably early in the season.
I'm guessing either as part of Patch 1.4 or right afterwards.

I've been a strong supporter of SWTOR this whole time, but...No wonder it's going F2P.

Newest Patch:

Fixed minor graphical bugs.

Prevented half the classes from progressing in their quests. (I don't even know HOW they managed to break that)

Caused performance problems for a lot of players.

Caused disconnect issues...

Yes, I still love the game. Yes, I will continue to play it as long as it's available. But I now understand perfectly why it's going F2P.

LU went downhill after Crux Prime, IMO...
SWTOR isn't going down quite as steep a hill, but this little "untested patch" that came out Tuesday and won't be fixed until next Tuesday definitely cost them a bunch of subscribers.
