My LEGO Nexus Organization

So... Day two! Today, is basically the formal announcement of badges.

Currently we have nearly 70 badges in total, for doing numerous things around the forum! Some of them will be locked to some for the moment, like some of the yearly anniversary awards, or the gallery awards. However, that might just change in the future. Some, we have no clue what they do, and that'll hopefully change eventually.

Along with all those; over the course of the next few weeks, there'll be even more badges added! I apologize for there being no new ones today, but it's either rush them, and have horrible looking badges for today, or spend time to make everything look the best it can. =D

Do we have a definitive database on the existing ones, or...?

It hasn't been posted in the open, but more or less. For the most part.

Wouldn't SMF (or whoever the original maker of the badges is) have a list?

There's a list of what badges there are; the problem is that half of them don't have the proper descriptions, just the title again. I fixed that for a lot, but there are still some unknown ones.

I'll get the list up sometime soon, however. =)

You know me (I hope), of course I'm joking. Great job, I'm loving the badges! Although, every time I get one I get a PM. And I open it, expecting it to be some long lost friend, and all I see is a new badge... So cold... So lonely...

I was actually going to send you a PM inviting you back, but I didn't know if you'd notice it. =P

We added badges a few months ago, and in the process of me being like the Doctor and accidentally activating things I shouldn't have at that precise moment, it sent badges out to everyone. =P And if it was from today, it'd be because you logged on, automatically adding a badge based on what OS you use. =)

No, I wouldn't have noticed it - I don't have email notifications switched on - when I got loads of PMs it got really annoying, so I just switched them off. :P

Ah, I see. :D Yeah, it sent me too actually, because I use iOS and Windows. :P I think I've got about 28. :P

Hahaha, "old browser" badge. I guess it's only fair since I'm using a computer with 256 mb of RAM =P

Hm..... I wonder..... is there a badge for IE?

There isn't a badge for the actual Browser you use(Yet. If I can figure out how to code special events for the badges, then I'll fix that. =P); though there is for the operating system.

I hope I never earn the Apple badge :P

Just get a few more badges after it and perhaps Mtm won't notice =P

Actually I have the apple badge, due to one of the android browsers I use having a web kit engine very similar to safari.
