The Big Bang Theory is awesome, just gonna say that right now, to open the topic. =P

I must also say that I'm amazed how well it's gotten people to watch it; pretty much everyone I know watches it. xD

Good timing making this, my TV just got fixed and I can get back to imitating Sheldon! :P

My Sheldon imitations are far superior to yours.

today I saw a shirt that read dr. next to pictures of the face of sheldon, same thing for leonard, and raj and mr. next to howard's picture.

My favourite character is Sheldon, of course. Second favourite is probably Leonard's mom.

Least favourite....Bernadette, with Howard as a close second.

Who are everyone else's most and least favourite characters?

I'm not really a fan of Howard's mom, either, though I can do a good impression of her voice. :P

There's an easy way to tell someone's smart: They like Big Bang Theory (and Phineas and Ferb, oddly). I know this from my observation of some Profoundly Gifted (IQ above 150) teenagers that I happen to know.

It's not an accurate way to measure intelligence, I know a bunch of less than intelligent people who like it too.

They have to be able to relate to Sheldon for it to count.

I can certainly relate to him =P

I also have a Periodic Table shower curtain.

I can relate on the "99% of the population is stupid" part. =P

A good amount of smart people think like that, as my observations show. Might seem narcissistic but sadly there is a lot of evidence to support that most people are stupid.

My favorites are Raj and Sheldon, as I find them the funniest. Least favorite would most likely be Bernadette, as I can't stand her voice.

I don't like her personality OR her voice.
I used to like Amy, but she's gotten...less funny.

I like Raj too. Did you see the episode where he was imitating an American accent? :P

Amy I have never really liked too much.

None of the channels I get air the current season....

I watched most of it online really, but we do have a channel that shows it a few times every week.

Truth: That's because it hasn't started yet, to my knowledge. =P

 Hey, you guys know if Amy is off the show now? The picture for the premiere didn't include her. Not that I'd be dissapointed really, but just curious.

TBS and some local channel. If I get any other that air Big Bang, I haven't found them.

... You don't even get channels like CBS? Do you use antenna translated to digital, by any chance?

OK, so I REALLY ought to be watching this, but...if I have to make the choice between this and Glee, which should I choose?

@Blade: I might get CBS, I'm not sure...Yes, I have antenna converted to digital. The only TV that gets full cable is in the basement.

I do, but only when I exercise at night. :P

I watch it on CBS online through Hulu, they're like a week behind, but it's much better than nothing.

No Netflix. Considering it, but there aren't enough shows to justify it - I can get all my anime for free online, so...

Saw the first new episode, it was great.

But really, I don't know why Leonard is the main character...Sheldon is much better.

I like Leonard. Obviously Sheldon's better and funnier, but really... I think people can relate to Leonard at times. =P

I like Sheldon most, then Leonard, then either Raj or Howard, depending on how Howard's written...Some episodes, he's an obnoxious lech, others he's awesome.

This one was better, I must say. Maybe because he wasn't around most of the episode. =P

Raj, on the other hand, WASN'T as good as usual. (Still funny, though...)

Yeah, not sure what was up with Raj in that episode. xD

I just hate all the on-again, off-again for no reason over and over and over relationship between Leonard and Penny.

I kinda dislike it too, but, well, it kinda fits...

Meh...it's been done too many times in the series, and the logic behind it is flimsy...

Logic isn't always present for relationships.

I like Sheldon's "I'd like to love humans but they're just soooooooooo stupid" attitude.

I love the episode with Penny's father. I wish he would be in another.
