Today, after much discussion and debate between the staff on the matter, Soul Fire and Dudebot: All-seeing Gentlemanly Sweeper were both promoted on currently a probational level to Admins. This will last a little while, as the two perform their new admin duties, and possibly if they do a good job at it, they could stay.

... If I forgot to say anything, let me know.

I went ahead and gave us both 100 rep, and gave us new usergroup images.

Aaah... at first I had no idea who "Soul Fire" was until I looked at his MLN name and then recognized it. If you care for my opinion, I think all these long names are pointless and nothing but confusing, especially to people who don't visit often or when people change their names without telling anyone... >_> ... <_<

But grats to Tim and DB on their temporary "trial" time as Admins. I think having a few extra Admins would help staff votes not to be biased, therefore more accurate in deciding various things such as new staff members and other things.

That's why I try to keep Dudebot5000 in my name. =P

There is a way to get them, but you have to ask a certain question, in a certain way, on a certain day, in a confusing way, make sure I'm the one answering, make sure I'm actually trying to make the answer confusing like this, make sure it's past a certain length, hope that I'm certainly not filling it with sarcasm, and whack me to make me stop saying certain or one of it's certain counterparts. =) Now BOT.

No, Japan. We hired them to try and clean up MLNO, but that didn't help anything. So we decided to handle it ourselves.

Yes, so let's hope that Probie-san does a good job over the next few weeks so I can continue calling him a Probie without him needing to be a Global Mod instead. Though, technically it probably make more sense if he was a Global Mod instead of an admin for the name, but I'm still the Senior Field Agent in comparison.

No Global Mods have been promoted to replace Probie and Duckbot, and there's one Global Mod now, Diskiva.

I think people have a hard time trying to recognize long names :o!

We'll probably promote the lone Mod left, but we need to get more mods, which'll need the mod test stuff put up, which needs to be worked on, but I guess that boss and Probie have been busy or something. Oh and Duckbot too.

4 current admins including probational admins, 2 currently retired admins, 1 Global Mod, and one Regular mod.

I didn't think the # of admins could surpass the # of total mods :o.

We're working on that. Just be patient and wait for me to finish my autopsy...

depends on the situation. 

Usually both. Unless we are asking the general public to fill a certain position. ATM, I don't really think that happens to be the case...
