Title: THE BI-WEEKLY BOX OF LEGO CONTEST
Post by: Legodac on August 01, 2009, 02:34:12 pm
I'm sure this may take some time to explain and to approve, so here goes on the explanation...

If I phone LEGO Shop@Home at 1-800-835-4386 I will say, "please send this kit # 0000 to LEGO username "my wife". My wife will contact you shortly to give you the shipping details.

Let's try another scenario, legodac phones shop at home and says "I want to send a box of LEGO to a friend, she's a club member, her name is "ineedmorebricks". INEEDMOREBRICKS contacts Lego and allows the transaction and the deal is done

Here's the MEGA of all MEGA contests, it's a twist on "show and tell" and a a a a a a a a a a eh!!

Show us what you love the most, in LEGO and you may get a BOX OF LEGO

        pending approval by Ab-Z
Parents approval applies of course

Hm...seems a little complicated, doesn't it? I don't really get the point of it.

The point is, I've found a way to send LEGO to you without knowing who you are or where you live, it's a parental thing, if they approve, enter the contest and win, we'll leave the shipping details to LEGO. Any more questions, I'm trying to make this more...

Interesting concept! If you don't mind, I'd like to actually watch the contest in motion before I join in.

I've sent some details and my request for approval to Ab-Z allready, I really want this to happen, A BOX OF LEGO FOR ALLThere is more to this then met my eye, there are a few people working to see if this can work, so I'll lock the topic for now and keep you all apprised as to our progress, man I hope this works

Here's the latest scoop group, I just got off the phone with LEGO and this is going to take some time to make happen, even if it's possible. I'm trying to send winners a box of Lego without knowing their address. Visa would be the downfall here. However, I've suggested to LEGO, I establish a bank account with them so they would be the only ones who would know the recipients address, since they have it already in most cases. This ship hasn't sailed yet, but we're still afloat
