Empire, The poll was locked, so I am writing this, in hopes you will learn something.
You say you have the best shop in MLNO history... but how can you possibly make that claim when you have the absolute worst attitude?? Price is not everything. You treat people like poop. You act like you are better than everyone, and you brag about everything.  Would YOU want to be treated the way you treat others?? It goes beyond the shop. You criticize peoples MOCs in their topics, and on LU. You ALWAYS say you could do better. Even if you can, you should have a kind word or no word at all. You need to learn kindness, humility and courtesy.
Being a good shopkeeper means putting your ego aside to make your customers feel good. It is ill advised to expect to be honored with an award you do not yet deserve. When you learn how to give the members of this forum the simple respect and courtesy they so richly deserve, and prove that you can do it consistently, I will be the first to vote for you.

I was told how much to pay for something. I payed (Like he told me to), and told him that I did, and have been ignored since. I would assume that the item is out of stock, but I would like to be told that my order cannot be given.

That isn't neccessarily his fault, he might have been unable to log on, unless he posted afterwards you said you clicked.

To prove MsRR's point, on one of my MOCs, you just said that "they were OK". On Rakoua's MOC, you said that "you didn't understand what he(Rakoua) was trying to build". Not to mention that you accused Rahkshi8000 of copying his idea when R8 posted his MOC first before you did.

As the saying goes, if you do not have something nice to say, then just be quiet, OK?

Can you listen to others FOR ONCE? Some change isn't always bad, you know... -.-

 

Hmm. I wonder what he'd say to my just about fully custom Toa/Glatorian(I dunno what he'd be considered, since I can't spare a Glatorian skull, so I had to use the Toa head, and he started in the MU.)... We'll find out once I get back and get pics I guess. ;)

Finally someone can explain it better than I can! Now I hope he doesn't say he's so much better than me at making creations. But I know that's not true. He has my lego, times a thousand! And my mind is younger, so it explain a child's mind is more creative than an adults. Even though he's not an adult, he's 3 years older than me... so it still qualifies. I think... I'm not an adult.

Now I hope he learns it's not nice. :'(

I do agree with some of what MsRR said. Esspecially about the MOCs It really makes me sad and when he puts down other peoples creations.

Although those are some good points of his behavior, the award is awarded to those who deserve it, based on their shop and customer relations, not puns or put-downs from the same person on other forums. Meaning this is slightly off-topic.

Uhm, Flash...I am not elderly yet...  :P

Saturn, Overall forum behavior does have an effect on a shopkeeper's standing, just the way that being a good member of the community IRL is good for a store's business.

Empire, no one is trying to hurt you here, (at least I am not) we just want you to understand. And hopefully to grow.

You are a great modeler, so we know you have a good head on your shoulders. Hopefully this will sink in. :)

I've done a couple trades with him... but they were over PM.

I don't think I have seen him "on" since the he lost the poll...

He DID open up a shop on MLNTeam...

That is not new...he was just banned from there for a while for unmemberlike behavior.

I know I'm a little late in saying this, but well put MsRR.

and he said on his profile page he was taking a break from MLN for a while. So something tells me he might end up closing his shop...

Well he is cretainly not going to become an outstanding trader by leaving his customers hanging with orders open...

All, I will contact him on MLN Team, and ask him to post here.  I can't say he will or not, but I will certainly ask him to.
