Title: A Wall for a few Friends Post by: Rakoua on September 13, 2009, 07:21:43 am Legodac's collection left me... speechless, so here's a wall.
(http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Rakoua/LEGOCreations/Apocalypse/TheWall/wallfront.jpg) (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Rakoua/LEGOCreations/Apocalypse/TheWall/wallback.jpg) That's the wall for an expo that will be... next year in a museum... In Croatia... Here'a a tank and a few minifigs while we're at it (I'd spam up the forum but I don't think that's really such a good idea at the moment) (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Rakoua/LEGOCreations/Apocalypse/Tank/tank.jpg) (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Rakoua/LEGOCreations/Minifigs/figs.jpg) Title: Re: A Wall for a few Friends Post by: Shadowking2000 on September 13, 2009, 09:42:17 am Man you have really good talent I think you should put the fort as your gallery.
Title: Re: A Wall for a few Friends Post by: Legodac on September 13, 2009, 09:50:50 am WOW, not that's cool, I mean really, you are an awesome modeller StarDust. Your choice of colors is great too, and the detail thoughout is very nice any easy 5 star creation and it does deserve to be on display in a museum. I love the tank too, very original.
So here's my first question, where did the inspiration come from, is this a place in real life or is it the pruduct of creativity only? By the looks of some of the mini-figs, I'd have to say your sets are western and Castle, is that right? Your model has indeed inspired me to build something new myself, thanks for that and great job buddy! :) Title: Re: A Wall for a few Friends Post by: Rakoua on September 13, 2009, 10:41:36 am SK: Thanks!
Legodac: Thanks! The inspiration... Well, actually from the previous vehicles I made, I wanted to make a diorama, and so the colors are the same other then the main one being dark bluish gray. I have no castle or western sets. You're seeing Orient Expedition and Vikings. Awesome, thanks! Title: Re: A Wall for a few Friends Post by: Legodac on September 13, 2009, 10:48:06 am SK: Thanks! I have neither of those and now I want, anyways, great job again, I'm off to get my wife an icecap but I'll be back on later, I want to dicuss with you an idea for a perticular building contest, hope you'll be around later.Legodac: Thanks!
