Title: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Rakoua on December 16, 2009, 07:52:17 am *Pokes forum*
Anyway, this is for a great friend, hoping that he will recognize it, as that would mean that I made a good representation... So don't you dare not recognize them MTM. Anyway, here are some minifigs. (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Rakoua/LEGOCreations/Minifigs/dscf0105.jpg) Guesses? Eh, while I'm here, I may aswell post a flyer and Quad. http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/172542 http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/172543 Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Sim533 on December 16, 2009, 08:47:55 am That's cool..
I rated the 2 creation who are linked as 5/5. Those are really great... Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Legodac on December 16, 2009, 09:10:18 am That's so cool, nice work on the photography aswell, I'd love to know where you got the two left figures from?
Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Rakoua on December 16, 2009, 10:17:04 am Thanks you two!
Legodac: the figure on the left is a robot from the old space sets and in the middle one has an Ice planet torso covered with an Insectoid shoulder piece and with a pirates head. Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Jade on December 16, 2009, 10:33:20 am So THAT'S what a Borg minifig looks like...
Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Rakoua on December 16, 2009, 10:34:19 am Yep.
Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Magical Girl Mimi on December 16, 2009, 10:54:31 am Left: Raks. Right: Jade.
Center... I'd wager a guess it's Marik, either that or since that weapon seems to maybe be a Chainblade, it might be a Minifig of me possibly, but my first guess would be Marik. Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Rakoua on December 16, 2009, 10:57:51 am That's Marik, I had a fig of you but too but you weren't accurate enough.
That thing he's holding is a Bat'leth, but from a strange angle. (It's actually a weapon from one of the BIONICLE playsets) Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Magical Girl Mimi on December 16, 2009, 10:59:14 am Well if it helps, Kaze might have a non-spiky hairdo soon. =P *wants to see pcis of Kaze figure anyway* =P
Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Rakoua on December 16, 2009, 11:00:42 am Warning you, the chainblade is HUGE and I've kinda deleted the pic...
Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Magical Girl Mimi on December 16, 2009, 11:04:41 am Ah well then. =P And if a Chainblade's huge, just use one of those Green Katanas from the old Roboriders. Either that or a Black Katana from the Ryo set of 2007 Exo-Force.
Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Rakoua on December 16, 2009, 11:17:03 am But I have a beautiful chainblade, it's just massive, makes me want to make you miniland scale...
Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Magical Girl Mimi on December 16, 2009, 11:23:04 am Pics of that? =P
Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Rakoua on December 16, 2009, 11:29:24 am http://www.bricklink.com/PL/Bimin05.gif?
Either that or... http://www.bricklink.com/PL/Bimin09.gif? The only problem is the hugeness... Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Magical Girl Mimi on December 16, 2009, 11:32:34 am Second one, yes. And that's okay, Kaze's is huge anyway. =P
Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Rakoua on December 16, 2009, 11:35:18 am Which is why Rakoua allways knows to avoid Kaze.
Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Magical Girl Mimi on December 16, 2009, 11:40:53 am Yeah, because he could pull an Ichigo or Renji on him, as he's already done once. =P

Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Rakoua on December 16, 2009, 11:43:28 am Blades: =D
Mtm: Thanks! I was worried that you wouldn't recognize them, especialy with your head, I don't think I got it right... Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: mtmerrick on December 16, 2009, 12:01:26 pm actually quite close. what bio pieces did you use for the bat'leth?
Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Rakoua on December 16, 2009, 12:03:03 pm To think it only cost me a few dollars... XD
(the set) It's from the BIONICLE playsets, looks more like a bow from the side but it's pretty authentic to a Bat'leth, as far as LEGO goes. Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Flash-әdge on December 16, 2009, 02:22:16 pm Great creations! I like the Steampunk Flyer the most.
Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: Rakoua on December 16, 2009, 02:24:42 pm R8: Thanks!
The Bley Quad design is pretty simple really, just playing around with the claw piece, it has tons of potential, and I mean TONS. The flyer only gave horrible pictures, and that was the only salvageable one, and I was working on the back the most... I should really get those pics, maybe some other day... And Borg... XD Winter: THanks! Title: Re: In honor of a great friend, MOCs. Post by: MsRowdyRedhead on December 16, 2009, 02:41:09 pm Very cool, Rakoua..
