Title: Nidhiki, Toa Mangai of Air Post by: mtmerrick on February 19, 2010, 07:25:01 pm This is my MOC of Nidhiki, Toa Mangai of Air. First things first: no, there's not too much custom. I know that. So don't say “needs more custom” or anything. I gave him the dagger because I felt he needed to carry something else. The metru-green/black/silver color scheme makes him look darker, I think.
BTW, this is a moc I made around christmas. I already scrapped him, so no more pics. pose (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/mtmerrick/nhidiki/pose.jpg) front view (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/mtmerrick/nhidiki/veiw1.jpg) back (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/mtmerrick/nhidiki/back.jpg) air scythe (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/mtmerrick/nhidiki/air_scythe.jpg) scythe parts (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/mtmerrick/nhidiki/scythepeices.jpg) arm assembly (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/mtmerrick/nhidiki/arm_peices.jpg) comments/criticism welcomed and appreciated. Title: Re: Nidhiki, Toa Mangai of Air Post by: Legodac on May 01, 2010, 04:25:06 pm I like it, and I'll tell you why, the colors are good, the model is original and there is no dirt on the shag.
Well done, since Lego has abanded Bionicle, I becoming much more interested, I think my next MoC will be something I drew in North Bay when I was doing constuction at 17 and staying in a Motel. Cool model buddy, even though I may be late.... |
