Title: Pokémon Black/White
Post by: Magical Girl Mimi on April 10, 2010, 06:16:01 pm
Discuss the upcoming games here.

I want to have topics for at least most of the sets of games, or game if it's a third version, and when better than for Gen 5? ;)

*Facepalm* Why does everyone jump straight to that? It could also represent Good and evil; Light and dark; Day and Night... ;)

Besides, think about it. What color did a TV set come in in the old days? I don't see anyone calling that racist. =P

...Racist TV coloring. Is that even possible? xD

Yes. 'Cause All the people were black and white, and therefore racist.

Green: Absolutely correct. =) In fact; I think that may be what the names were based off...

We have no idea. =D

The games were just announced recently. They aren't gonna tell us the plot that quickly. =P

If I see any racial jokes made in this topic, I will lock it. Not that there are any, but...

And the graphics for these games are quite interesting...

Do the titles "Black and White" represent any form of symbolism with respect to the storyline of the games?
Likely not; as none of them have in the past, aside from being somewhat like the colour of the cover legends.

Yeah; me too. That seem to be the general speculation, and really, it makes sense. Black/White/Gray; all grayscale colours.

Hehe; love it when I need to eat my words. As everyone has known for almost a year if not longer, I ate my words big time(In both ways); as Black and White were indeed mentioned multiple times; with it even being N's goal, in a way(Separating shades of gray, representing people and Pokemon interacting together, into Black and White).

And that there's Black 2 and White 2, instead of Gray. =P
