Title: --The End of an Amazing Chronicle-- Post by: Robbie1997347 on April 26, 2010, 09:35:29 pm Well guys, BIONICLE has finally ended after a 10-year streak. (BIONICLE did not start in 2001, it was released to America at 2001 but in Europe at 2000.)
What do you guys think will happen with the LEGO industry now that BIONICLE is over? Will they bring it back? Make a new plot? Tell me your ideas. Who knows, you may be right. <param name="allowscriptaccess" value Mata Nui was actually a giant robot created to reunite the two planet fragments into Spherus Magna. Due to efficient power sources on Spherus Magna, the people of the planet started fighting each other, almost splitting the planet in half. Right when Mata Nui was built, there was a giant explosion in Spherus Magna, creating the two planet fragments Bota Magna, and Aqua Magna. "UNITY,DUTY,DESTINY!!!" It just hit me. I didn't even remember that Bionicle had ended. Then, I got my brickmaster magazine. I was thinking to myself: "Oh, hey, my mini-set, magazine, and comic". Then, I opened it. Inside the first page was a comic. But for the first time for me since July 2001, it was not a Bionicle comic. It was some lame Lego Universe comic. Don't hate me for saying lame, compared to Bionicle it is majorly lame. I am one of the lucky Lego fans to have been old enough when Bionicle came out to enjoy it. But now the single greatest storyline and set line has ended forever. It kinda saddens me, not longer being updated about a story I no longer understand every two months. While this whole topic may seem odd to some people, to Bionicle veterans it is very sad. Ever since claiming Kopaka as my official favorite character back in 'O1, to buying all 6 Bionicle Stars set, I have seen it all. Kinda feels like a lot of the fun from my Lego magazine has died Title: Re: --The End of an Amazing Chronicle-- Post by: Magical Girl Mimi on April 30, 2010, 03:10:06 pm Only the Sets have ended actually; the story is just going to be online-only now, which is good for me.

now its gone... *sigh* tho the story is continuing.... and you already got your now lego mag? o_O Title: Re: --The End of an Amazing Chronicle-- Post by: Legodac on April 30, 2010, 03:17:12 pm I have to agree with Plotkin, I'll miss the sets, yes, but mostly I'll miss the comics, I have them all.
Oh well, as my Dad used to say, life goes on. Title: Re: --The End of an Amazing Chronicle-- Post by: Plotkin on April 30, 2010, 03:18:00 pm @blade: thats what I meant by following a story I no longer understand. I enjoy reading comic books, but Halo is the only thing I will religiously follow online
@mtm: ya ik rite? I hate getting it this early. I liked getting it around May 20th Title: Re: --The End of an Amazing Chronicle-- Post by: . on April 30, 2010, 03:44:53 pm Halo is the only thing I will religiously follow online siggied kopaka was also my favorite. but for me rather than following the confusing bionicle story, i preferred to make my own stories. i cannot keep up with bionicle. it is just too much. Title: Re: --The End of an Amazing Chronicle-- Post by: Robbie1997347 on May 11, 2010, 11:15:46 pm It was EXTREMELY devastating for me to learn about this. I am still glad they are making new storylines and plots. And I hope in the soon future they bring it back to life again. BIONICLE was Lego's most popular production line of sets. I'm surprised they ended it. But remember, it was actually supposed to end in 2008, but I guess they wanted to keep it alive and running for two more years. WE WANT OUR BIONICLEZ BAX!
