Title: Youtube error? Post by: B~T on July 29, 2011, 06:01:09 pm Whenever I try to play a Youtube video on the main site, a message keeps popping up:
[JavaScript Appplication]: Error: BVDCORE.videoFormats is undefined The video plays normally otherwise, but it's really annoying, and I don't know how to fix it, or whether it's my problem or Youtube's problem. Do you guys know how to fix it? Thanks... P.S. - Using Firefox 5.0 Title: Re: Youtube error? Post by: mtmerrick on July 29, 2011, 06:04:22 pm Jump back to IE, see if it has the same problem, we'll go from there.

Title: Re: Youtube error? Post by: B~T on July 29, 2011, 06:20:41 pm Jump back to IE, see if it has the same problem, we'll go from there. I have Chrome, and it works fine... Also works on IE. Also, forgot to mention. I have NoScript on, and I have all the scripts necessary to run Youtube videos... The only ones forbidden are doubleclick.net and googlesyndication.com, both which are just tracking sites. It worked fine with NoScript on before, so I dunno why it gets the error now... Title: Re: Youtube error? Post by: MsRowdyRedhead on July 29, 2011, 06:26:07 pm Try This..
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-on-compatibility-reporter/ It worked for Google toolbar and a few others, it might work here as well. Title: Re: Youtube error? Post by: The Truth on July 29, 2011, 06:57:53 pm Hmm...maybe try the newest dev build of NoScript?
http://noscript.net/getit I have NoScript, ABP, and Pale Moon 5.0, and YouTube works fine for me. Also, make sure you're using the latest version of Flash ( http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ ). Or the new beta of Flash 11 (http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplatformruntimes/flashplayer11/ ) Title: Re: Youtube error? Post by: Magical Girl Mimi on July 31, 2011, 11:41:34 am Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Title: Re: Youtube error? Post by: MsRowdyRedhead on July 31, 2011, 03:27:30 pm FF 5 needs https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-on-compatibility-reporter/ to enable many add ons that used to work before. You do not actually need to report anything..
