Title: Windows Vista Update Assistance Post by: B~T on August 25, 2011, 09:46:06 pm Okay, I've been getting failed updates for a while.
In particular, this update, KB951847, or Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847) x86 constantly fails to get installed into my computer. I have no idea why this happens, and I tried looking up for solutions, but I either get an irrelevant answer, or the answer is too confusing for me for my lack of computer knowledge. I am using Windows Vista Home Premium, and the error code is Code 80041002. Help? Thanks...
