All things sapient are sentient, but not all things sentient are sapient.

You know what? Disregard the above sentences. I suppose that when an AI is inevitably created, it would be sapient but not sentient - it would be able to think and reason, but not feel.

Sentience is the ability to feel and perceive things, sapience is the ability to reason. IMO, it is not AI Sentience that we should be afraid of, but AI Sapience without sentience.

Confession: I do not like Fallout 4. I consider it the weakest Bethesda game I've played so far, and I wish I hadn't exceeded the 2 hours of play that lock you out of getting a refund on Steam. I find the combat incredibly frustrating and unenjoyable, the level designs uninspired, the story may as well be nonexistent, I don't like any of the characters that are supposed to be my allies, and there's no sense of freedom.
Everyone I've spoken to raves about what a great game it is. I just don't get it.

Everyone? FO4 is probably the Bethesda game getting most criticism from a lot of sources right now, and a lot of people would agree with your assessment. It's definitely flawed. Lot of people like the recently-added Survival Mode though, some of the complaints have died down since then. At least, that's what I've seen online. I find it enjoyable enough, as long as I ignore the story. That's not to say I wouldn't criticise it, or that I would praise it - it'd probably be a case of this if I did. Gonna take a lot of mods to make it as widely appealing to people as NV and Skyrim were. And even then, Bethesda looks to be fiddling with the modding process - mods are going to be hosted on bethesda's own site and not the steam workshop when it comes to the 'official places' (nexus is going to stay, probably) and given a certain event that happened among Skyrim moddng last year... things don't particularly look bright.

Yeah, after I installed a bunch of mods and messed with the settings I started enjoying it more. Still needs a lot of work.

Interesting little thing - the 'grids' on the Fallout games' maps and the cells they cover differ in each game. A square on the FO3 map grid corresponds to an area of 3x3 (9) cells, a square on the map FNV grid corresponds to an area of 4x4 (16) cells, and a square on the FO4 map grid corresponds to 2x2 (4) cells. For all DLCs between games, one square corresponds to an area of 1x1 (1) cells.

Gotta say, Oblvion's map looks really dull from above compared to Skyrim'sor Morrowind's.
