Exactly. He doesn't want anything below WPA-ASP or something like that.

I saw a thing on the nintendo channel for a new DS,and it could browse the internet. Maybe i can convince him i will stop using our only computer and that instead. It isn't over 'till he sends me to my room.

Yeah, but...I wouldn't even call it the internet.  Trust me.  From what I've read, the Nintendo DSi's internet capabilities compare to those of the Nintendo Wii.

And the Wii's abilities are TERRIBLE.

There are many times when I've been tempted to throw my Wii.  Again, good luck, but I honestly don't think you'll have a lot of enjoyment with it.  Some, perhaps, but not a whole lot, or at least as much as you could as if you were on a computer. Wink
Again,i am desperate. I don't care if it has quality from the 80's. I NEED my internet pokemon!

IVs are the set genes of a Pokemon. They are based off the binary code system, as I found on Bulbapedia. Unlike EVs, there is no way to alter IVs, as they are already determined. Like EVs, they affect HP, Attack, Defense, Sp. Attack, Sp. Defense, and Speed, and also improve the Pokemon's stats. The maximum amount of IVs a Pokemon can get in one stat is 31. There is a 1/32 chance that a Pokemon can get a perfect 31 IVs in any stat. A Pokemon can also get 0 IVs. 0 IVs on Speed is usually best for Gyro Ball Users, such as Bronzong and Forretress, as Gyro Ball is based off the difference between the Pokemons' speed.
Here is the difference between a Physical Lucario's Attack IVs:
          ~Adamant Lucario w/ 252 Attack EVs and 0 IVs - 316
          ~Adamant Lucario w/ 252 Attack EVs and 31 IVs - 350
You see, IVs can make a huge difference in a Pokemon's stats. I have a Dragonair w/ 30 or 31 Attack IVs and a PERFECT 31 IVs on Speed, along with decent HP IVs.
To tell if a Pokemon has 31 IVs in a stat, check on the Trainer Memo for something that says
          =Alert to Sounds
          =Proud of its Power
          =etc.
Here is a chart that tells you how to determine if a Pokemon has perfect 31 IVs

Thank you, BT. That explains a lot about a bunch of things. Smiley

Just one thing: how can you tell what IVs a Pokemon has?

I finally got to the end of the post-story of PMD: EoT, and while it lasted longer than I expected, it would've been nice if they had've tied in some of the other legends like in Red/Blue. Ah well, it was a somewhat nice post story ending, even if it's ending was kinda abrupt. Ah well, now I just have to wait for EotS to replay it =P

... Anyone happen to know the wondermail to get another Viridian bow? I kinda lost mine when I died one time, I think it was against Grovyle during the story. That was annoying when that happened >_>

Do you have a master ball? You should just catch him.

The newer PMDs have pretty good plots.

Have you noticed Pokemon is just the same thing(battleing)over and over again, but it is still so fun? There is catching Pokemon, but still............

I am hoping Plat's Battle Frontier is as good as the original. The only ones i got close to in the first were Tucker(Dome Ace) and Lucy(Pike Queen). I was in a tournament with Tucker and battled Lucy several times,my team was all weak to her Milotic(types weren't my thing then,i took a pokemon if it was big and had high attack).

Same here, but then again, it may also because I want to restart my games all the time, so when I get to go through the games again without having to delete my old save, I'm excited. =P
