I am re-reading The Spook's Curse by Joseph Delaney. A brilliant book, part of the Wardstone Chronicles/Last Apprentice/Spook's Apprentice series. It's known as The Last Apprentice: Curse of the Bane in the USA, and it's set in the country and county in which I live in!
I also recommend that you read:
The Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy: A classic, it's in a trilogy of five Cheesy.
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone: Known as the Sorcerer's Stone in USA, a brilliant piece of writing for anyone of any age.
Dogfight: Also brilliant, set in World War 2 Norway.

I'm back. Probably not for long, as I've got school stuff to attend to, and I'll probably want to get a job at some point (hopefully self-employed). But nice to see you all again anyway.

Some of my favorites include classics like Lord of the Rings, Chronicles of Narnia (although as I look back, I'm losing interest in it.), Sherlock Holmes, Three Musketeers, etc.

Modern books that I like would have to be ones like Inheritance Cycle - Paoloni (spelling?), Redwall - Jacques (or it used to be one of my favorites), Peter and the Starcatchers/ Peter and the Shadowthieves.

Right now, a friend lent me Dragonspell. It's so-so.

I love to read anything Ted Dekker writes, but my favorite of his has to be The Lost Circle Series (Black, Red, White, Green (not out yet))

ummm... I'd like to read a few James Bond 007 books, but haven't yet(I read 4 books by a different author that were about James Bond at age 13-14, but its not quite the same).
Also re-reading Harry Potter books because I have nothing else to do, and I'm gonna se the 6th movie soon, so I'd like some backstory so I understand whats going on.

Yes, that is an awesome book!

For more mature readers who like fiction, might I also suggest This Present Darkness and Edge of Eternity. Both good reads for Christians as well. And, don't forget the one, the only, Bible.

Right now, I'm reading Don Quixote for school.
