So you'd basically be street fighting?

Like... Let's use an example post.

I challenge you to a fight! *Slashes at you with Chainblade*

Then we'd rule and see it it hit or misses, for instance...

*GMs rule, attack misses*

So then you'd try to attack back. You could also try to block if the GMs don't rule first, which would allow a counter attack on your turn. You'd also be trying to aim for a weak spot to knock the person out.

That sounds cool, slightly less complicated as well. But, can we still have moves? I want to do Ninja stuff.

You can do whatever you want when you attack, but to keep it simple, maybe only like multiple attacks at once or so would be special and would require a meter or something to keep track of how many times you could do it.
