Raise the limit for legal immigration, but require some English in order to do so. ( Every vendor in Mexico speaks English at some level. Establish a 6 month or more probationary period during which time they find a job and a place to live. Require that they complete a free English language class during their probationary stage. Additionally, have case officers assigned to both assist and check up on these people.
Stop printing everything in Spanish, or requiring schools to teach classes bilingually. ALLOW them to, but do not require it.
Deport existing illegal aliens, unless they pay a back income tax of the national low-average for their size family for the number of years they have been found to be here, no less than 1 and no more than 10.
