I suggest we turn the forum on Private. There is little here concerning MLN anymore, and the fact that we have a consistant 20-40 guests is a good pointer to predators, since this is a child hotspot. That way, people would have to sign up and may cut down on predators.

Why? Just because this doesn't have an absolute focus on MLN doesn't mean we have to keep every single post away from guests; that'd just detract people from signing up.

As covered in a previous topic recently, the guests are mainly ghosts of past actions by members. Some days they clear quickly, some days they build up..

Another reason for no private mode: I often view this as a guest when on a computer other than mine. that way, I can catch up on new posts without risking my password.
