OOC: Aka; mind covering Lloyd, or not attacking him? I wanna see what the result of an uber broken charge shot will do when met with the reflective capabilities of a Met shield armour coated Mech. =P

(Kora): *Dives for cover under some rubble*

(Luna): *examines Rose*

Meanwhile, Lloyd continued to charge, and charge, and charge, and charge, and charge...

Bridgette sighed, and thought for a second, as she pulled out the flamethrower she had borrowed from Drake's mech, and used it on Bartok's mech.

[The Truth]

The flames had no effect on the mech. Bartok fired his own flamethrower at Bridgette.

[Blade]

-==IC: Bridgette==-

Bridgette jumped back, and swung a chain she had salvaged from her own mech, and threw it's pointy edge at the cockpit of Bartok's mech quickly.

And meanwhile, Lloyd, you guessed it, continued to charge, and charge, and charge, and charge, and charge, and charge, and charge...

[The Truth]

The pointy edge bounced off and flew at Lloyd's mech.

[Blade]

Point was moot, however, as Lloyd smirked, and as the ground started to shake, fired his massively charged blast at Bartok; and unlike the others, if anything, it would simply pass right through Bartok and would likely definitely not reflect... However; the true nature of this blast is unknown.

[Flipz]

OOC: You do realize that ?? is going to kill Bartok when he gets back to base, right?  Unless Kora gets to him first.

The man's scanners showed combat in the city.  He raised an arm to direct the rest of the strike force to stop.  "Hold you position...we've got a rogue." ******!, he thought.  He's screwed up the whole operation, and put one of the Queen's operatives in danger.  He opens a channel to Bartok's mech.  "Unidentified Imperial mech, stand down immediately, you are in direct violation of the direct orders of the Queen."

J ran to Rose, pulled off her shirt and wrapped Rose's wounds.  "Hang on, girl, it's gonna be OK."

-==IC: E.R.I.N.==-
A few moments after the battle had started, E.R.I.N.'s robot body had deactivated.  Now they saw why.  A med droid rushed up to administer first aid to Rose, as the Revenant provided cover fire for Lloyd.

OOC: If it gets much more intense I'll have to bring in Bailey.

Bartok simply dodged.

"I am not retreating without direct orders from the Queen! You do not have the authority to override Admiral Zel's orders!"

Lloyd, however, was now in full synchro mode, and smirked.
"You might have wanted to notice something." Lloyd said, and showed his mech's hands, which were now coated in rubber from nearby.
"I had been looking for a way, and while you were distracted, I coated my mech's hands in rubber." Lloyd said, as he stabbed out at Bartok's cockpit.

[The Truth]

Bartok dodged.

Lloyd growled, and dashed toward Bartok; and slashed out at him again.

Bartok dodged and kicked at Lloyd's mech.

[Blade]

Lloyd caught the leg of Bartok's mech, and then twisted it to spin it into mid air.

[Flipz]

The man transmitted the Queen's orders from before.  He mutes the channel and addresses his troops.  "If he doesn't stand down in 15 seconds, destroy him.  The Empire does not tolerate traitors."

J swore vehemently.  "Come on, Rose, hang in there!"

-==IC: Servo==-
While J is distracted, Servo swipes her comlink.  He brings it over to Kora, and offers it to her.

Carrie frowned, and sighed, wondering how this all started; and if it was because of her current enigmatic nature.
Does the Empire remnant know of my state...? Are they after me...? Carrie thought, as she sighed dejectedly.

[The Truth]

(Kora): "Er..I'll try to hack into the imp communications."

*Texts Bartok orders to stand down*

*Bartok's mech shoves Lloyd aside*

"If not for my orders, you would all be dead now."

(Rose): *moans in pain*

Lloyd growled, and turned to Bridgette.
"I assume you're the one who told me to get here... Keep an eye on him." Lloyd said with a slight scowl, as he mentally deactivated Full Synchro and OverDrive, and jumped out of his mech, and then ran toward Rose.
"Rose!" Lloyd called out, a frown on his face, as he looked back to where Bartok's mech was an scowled again.

(Kora): "Don't move her! I think she has a neck injury."

"Right..." Lloyd said with a growl.
"Can I kill him? Just a bit?" Lloyd asked the others, looking from one to the other quickly.
