They're considered 'synthpop'; basically like rock or pop, but using synthesizers to mimic instruments. =) In theory it sounds weird; but in practice it's pure awesomeness. =D

I haven't heard them for quite some time; but; from what I remember; that is startlingly similar. =P But I like Iris better. =P I'll try to find some of the songs later; especially the ones I like. =)
