I think the mystery set from the comic is M. Nui. The head/mask area fits his appearence.
Which mystery set? From the map, the one with the question mark? If so, that is Mata Nui >_> If you mean from the last one of 2008, that's Mata Nui, because that's the RC, it's just not his actual body, just a placeholder.
