Kenji slashed another CO in half and kept running. Upon entering the city, Kenji had split off from the others, but was followed by Zeo. Zeo hadn't yet activated his armor, partially because he didn't exactly know how. Then Kenji got an idea for a joke. He slashed another guy in half, then when the armor retracted he cut some cloth off of the deceased's shirt. They entered another area, and was being attacked from above with Ki blasts. Zeo was looking at the cube with the intent to smash it.
"How do you work this thing?!" he yelled.
"It's not working because you haven't learned to focus your Ki enough yet," Kenji lied, his helmet concealing his smirk.
"The first time you activate it, you need to be wearing a Ki headband. Like this one. Kenji held out the cloth. Zeo picked it up and looked at it.
You have to make sure that you say the phrase right, though."Phrase?"
Yes. When you put it on, you have to yell 'TAKE THIS! THE POWERS OF KI! KI HEADBAND! ATTACK!'""So I put this on, and I say 'LIKE I'LL EVER DO THIS!'" A Ki blast exploded next to him, rapidly changing his mind. "Fine. TAKE THIS! THE POWERS OF KI! KI HEADBAND! ATTACK!"
...I can't believe you actually did that..."...Kenji... ...I'll kill you for this..."
"Couldn't help it. The real phrase is, while you're holding the cube, 'KI ARMOR!, then your name, weather it's real or not, then ACTIVATE!""You sure?"
"Yep." Zeo tried it, and was soon covered in armor.
"Nice," he said.
