Marik whirled around, and made the same motion, and his blast of fire met the hunter's blast of sand, liquid glass dripping to the ground from the swirl of energy where the two blasts met.

The Chaos Guardian smirked, as he simply kept up the stream of sand, though, Marik didn't seem to be watching his back, as some sand was starting to build up behind him; but not necessarily for the Chaos Guardian to use.

OOC: Also, be on the watch in the next little while.

Marik, seemingly sensing the sand, simply burst into flame. when the sand struck out from behind him, it simply fell towards the ground as glass, and shattered when it hit ground. Marik, who looked very PO'd, flared up his firepower, and the energy ball where the two blasts met inched towards the hunter

The Chaos Guardian simply smirked, and increased his own power, as he pushed back toward Marik, still not seemingly using his full power.

OOC: I think Marik actually has the advantage in this battle, but don't tell him that. =P Reasoning for that is because of the element, though the Chaos Guardian has been trying to use that against Marik. =P

Marik pushed back with all his might, and it started moving back towards the hunter......

However, the Chaos Guardian simply yawned, and increased his own power output a little, and started to push the energy blast back.

OOC: =P These guys aren't normal Hunter pushovers. =P

As epic as that looked, Aki knew he had to do something to stop it.  He picked up a cement mixer, floated it over the Chaos Guardian...and dumped it, before tossing the now-empty mixer away.  Cement splattered all over the Guardian, hopefully binding him together.  "Come on!" he said to Marik, "let's get away while we still can!"  With that, he turned, tore through another fence, and ran to a new area...the sandy, peaceful botanical gardens.

OOC: Say, has anyone seen Blade's new signature? :roll:

The cement poured over the Chaos Guardian, as he looked surprised, and blindly sent sand flying towards the different buildings in the mall; the sand tearing through the supports, as said mall started to collapse. Meanwhile, Shiro followed the other two quickly.
"I think we'll be safe here..."

"I say we take him out while he's distracted. Shiro,  how's your ki summoning? "

In response, Shiro first created an arm 'buster' around his left arm, and then Ki summoned a duplicate of his sword in his right hand.
"Answer your question?"

OOC: =P Not literally a duplicate, as all Ki Summoned objects by us at this point will be simply Ki that's not just energy... Like, it's not a real sword or anything. =P

"We'll need to find some sort of weapons cache for that; you can't do stuff like that with Ki Summons." Shiro explained, as the ground started to rumble.
"... Aki... You're absolutely sure that you hit him... Right? Because... Well..." Shiro started to say, as the ground shook even more, and the sand started to shift on it's own.
"We're right near sand!"

Marik held out his hand and melted the sand into a sheet of glass. "Let's move."

However, the sand didn't exactly get affected as much by the fire near the glass, and shattered said glass, as the earlier statue of the Chaos Guardian exploded, and the Chaos Guardian appeared in front of the trio, and smirked.
"Three things. One, make sure that's actually the person you're trying to attack. Two, never try to stop someone in their natural element, unless you have someone who can use that ability you call 'Ki Data Drain'... And three..." The Chaos Guardian smirked again, as sand rapidly surrounded him, and spun around him even when it formed a shape as his 'armour'.
"Never mess with a Chaos Guardian in general."

OOC: Oh snap! 

IC: Aki grabs a cactus and levitates it in front of him as a shield in case the Chaos Guardian decides to target him.  He looks over to Shiro, who effortlessly blocks a sand blast with a barrier.  "Man, you've GOT to teach me how to do that."

"If we survive this, sure." Shiro stated, as he frowned, and blocked another sand blast quickly.

Marik's armor surged with green flames, and he squeezed his eyes shut. He held out his hands and suddenly every bit of sand flew to the hunter, and then burst into flame. Aki and Shiro felt the scalding heat on their skin from where they were standing across the room.

OOC: how do i "ki data drain"?

OOC: You have to train until your inner Ki develops a conscience, more or less. =P Then you'd have to work together with said Inner Ki, which, if you've been paying attention to the Omega/Kaze parts, isn't easy to do at all. =P

The Guardian looked as if he had been finished off by the attack, but an ominous chuckle emanated from the flames, as sand pushed outward to essentially cut off the attack, as a shield of glass surrounded the Chaos Guardian, who still managed to have sand surrounding him, as more channeled from the ground.

OOC: Ooh!  I think I just figured something out for Aki!  (I'll need to PM you to confirm.)  And, I recently finished reading that part.  Yeah, that's haaaaaaard...as in, 20 pages for each character as they fight themselves/everyone in the vicinity pointlessly before the epic finale hard.

IC:
Aki's cactus catches fire from the intense heat, and he discards it, looking for a new shield.

One last thing; Ki Data Drain doesn't kill someone, or take their powers away. There's a reason I'm saying this, and for me mentioning the powers thing.
